Governmental agencies are some of the best purchasers and users of Globalstar service. All Federal and all other qualifying US based governmental agencies - State, City, and Local - are able to utilize our negotiated GSA rates and terms. (Please consult your Agreement for a few excepted federal accounts.)
GSA Service Pricing Highlights
GSA customers sign up on the same Service Price plans as any Globalstar customer. All terms are identical to consumer pricing, except:
- No Activation fee will be charged.
- No Early Termination Fee will be charged.
- No Administrative Change fee will be charged to change price plans.
- GSA customers have the option of paying month to month with no annual contract

- Home Territory Plans do not include International Long Distance Charges.
- Additional roaming charges are extra.
- GSA Management Fee . Prices do not include the GSA Management Fee of $2.00 per month, which will be assessed on all user terminals activated for service in accordance with Section 9.3 of the GSA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
- One time activation fee will be waived on all subscriptions for the duration of the agreement.
- Annual bundled minute plans are available upon request. All questions on specific plan requirements should be directed to Walt Gorman at walt.gorman@Globalstar.com .
- Costs for Services are subject to change per the terms and conditions of the BOA.

For the equipment listed below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for GSA customers is lower than the SRP for consumer and business customers.
